CFL Game Predictions for Division Semi-Finals

B.C. at Edmonton

This promises to be a very interesting contest, with a veteran BC team that finished last season in first place visiting a much younger Edmonton squad that is on the rise. All-time leading passer Damon Allen vs quick-footed Nealon Greene, who seems to be coming into his own as a quarterback. Home field advantage versus veterans who have been in the playoffs many times before. Tough to call, but I'll go with the Eskimos, who defeated B.C. in the west semi two years ago. Edmonton 24, BC 22.

Winnipeg at Hamilton

Winnipeg had to win a game against an opponent that had nothing to prove on the last week of the season to make it into the playoffs, and hasn't done well on the road all year. Hamilton has been limping along lately, but a veteran team at home that is used to peaking at this time of year should beat a third-place team with a losing record. Hamilton 25, Winnipeg 20.
